Consent by MathQuizily is a cookie consent management platform operated by MathQuizily. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at consent.mathquizily.com and our consent management service.

2.1 Dashboard Users (Our Customers)
- Email address and password (for account creation via Firebase Auth)
- Company name and billing information (processed by Stripe)
- Site configuration data (domains, banner settings, cookie categories)
2.2 End Users (Visitors to Our Customers' Sites)
- Consent choices (accepted/declined cookie categories)
- Anonymized IP address
- Browser user agent
- Domain where consent was given
- Timestamp and unique consent ID
We do notcollect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers from end users. We do not use cookies for tracking. Consent records are stored as first-party cookies on the customer's domain.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Consent by MathQuizily service
- To authenticate dashboard users
- To process billing and subscriptions
- To log consent records as legally required for GDPR/CCPA compliance
- To generate anonymized analytics for our customers
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers. All API endpoints use HTTPS and are protected by rate limiting.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Firebase/Google Cloud — infrastructure and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while account is active, deleted 90 days after account deletion
- Consent records: retained for the duration required by applicable law (typically 3–5 years for GDPR proof of consent)
- Server logs: retained for 30 days

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
