1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Consent by MathQuizily ("the Service"), operated by MathQuizily ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Consent by MathQuizily is a hosted cookie consent management platform. We provide a dashboard to configure consent banners, an embeddable script tag for your websites, consent logging, analytics, and compliance tools delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service
• Access the Service to build a competing product or service
• Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to bypass domain restrictions, rate limits, or plan limits
• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or copy the Service's code, data, or configurations
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or attribution

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, UI components, templates, banner scripts, algorithms, documentation, and other materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of MathQuizily and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Consent by MathQuizily name, logo, and "Powered by MathQuizily" branding are trademarks of MathQuizily. No license is granted to copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service beyond normal use as a subscriber.

6. Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Non-payment may result in downgrade to the free plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free plan users must display the "Powered by MathQuizily" branding.

7. Domain Licensing

Each site configured in Consent by MathQuizily is licensed to operate on the domain(s) you specify. Use of the banner script on unauthorized domains is prohibited and may result in service suspension.

8. Data Processing

You are the data controller for consent data collected through the Service. We act as a data processor. We process data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MathQuizily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your banner scripts will cease to function and consent data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
